Our Intellectual Property Legal Center provides services in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition and all related licensing and litigation, including foreign and international applications.
Our business law activities provide a wide variety of services to our business clients, including setting up new business entities such as LLP’s and LLC’s, preparing and reviewing agreements, employee relations, succession planning and in assisting new entrepreneurs in the development of their business through contacts in marketing, engineering, accounting, purchasing, manufacturing and other fields.
