The first step in our process is for the client to contact us through any of the following media. |

Step 2
In this step go to the Power of Attorney form on our web site, or we can mail you a form. Fill out the necessary information and submit the Power of Attoney, along with any fees discussed. This step must be completed before any transfer of critical information regarding your inventions, creations or procedures can occur.
Notice: Submission of this form does not constitute an attorney client relationship unless or until the Power of Attorney and any fees have been received and accepted by this office.

Step 3
Upon acceptance as a client you will be directed to submit related documents through secure channels to the IP Legal Center office for review. You may also be directed to complete one of the on-line forms related to your needs. These links will take you to the necessary forms:
